Ours fee's are calculated on an hourly rate of £6.50ph
Monday - Wednesday available for 2 - 5 years olds

Early Drop off is available from 8.30am, at an additional cost of £1.50 per session, please speak to the Manager if you would like to make use of this facility.
Payment of Fee’s
- Invoices are issued before the end of the previous term via email, or on their start date if this is later. Payment is due 14 days after the date of the invoice is.
- Fees are to be paid by BACS (direct payment into our bank account) or childcare vouchers.
- If parents wish to pay by cash/cheque this must be arranged in advance with the trustees.
- Please contact us if you would like to discuss any other payment options.
Late Payments
- If full payment has not been received by the due date
- Manager to speak to parents to discuss payment options and give them a paper copy of the invoice
- If a payment is not made within the next 7 days, your child’s non-funded hours will be suspended until a payment agreed by the trustees is made to your child’s account. This may result in a loss of your child’s place as we may have waiting lists for every day.
- The trustee are very open to conversation with parents regarding payments and we would appreciate your cooperation in resolving issues quickly.
- This does not apply to those children who only access free (fully funded) early years education.
Notice Periods
- We appreciate parents giving 4 weeks’ notice in verbally or in writing if you wish your child to leave Egerton Preschool. This is to help us with staff ratios and give us the ability to offer the place to another family.
- If notice is not given. We reserve the right to charge in full for this notice period, if we are unable to fill the place.
- This does not apply to those children who only access free (fully funded) early years education.
General Terms
- Fees are reviewed annually in April /May for any changes to come into effect the following September.
- Fees are chargeable for 38 weeks of the year
